Cause for this is that the pickup points are missing from Itella allowed partners.

By default Itella is delivering goods to following partners, where partnerType value is one of the following:

  • POSTI
  • AIBE
  • BOXNET
  • TOPO_CENTRAS


But if we check the URL (where the locations are loaded from) https://locationservice.posti.com/location?countryCode=LV&types=POSTOFFICE

Then sometimes we see that none of the parterType values match.


To fix this, we need to edit the "Allowed partnertype values (comma separated)" setting under the Itella SmartShip Postal Office section.

From:

POSTI, AIBE, BOXNET, TOPO_CENTRAS


To:

POSTI, AIBE, BOXNET, TOPO_CENTRAS, UNKNOWN, NARVESEN_BALTIJA


And then save the settings.


Now the pickup locations can be loaded and customer has the shipping method available.
